Ratio LLC uses the information you send to understand your restaurant’s needs, respond to your inquiry, and discuss possible work together.
Website inquiries
The form asks for your name, restaurant, email, and phone number, with an optional message. Inquiries are saved in Ratio’s private Cloudflare D1 database and become due for deletion after 90 days. A scheduled cleanup process removes records that have reached that period. Cloudflare also handles form processing, abuse controls, and email notification delivery to Ratio’s business inbox.
Backup copies and provider logs may remain for their own retention periods after a saved inquiry is deleted.
Authorized Ratio account users can retrieve saved inquiries if email delivery fails. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Please leave out payment information and sensitive personal details.
Email correspondence
Emails and inquiry notifications are handled by Ratio’s business email provider. They are managed separately from the website database. Follow-up correspondence and records of agreed work may need to be retained separately; deleting a saved website inquiry does not delete those records.
Website services
Cloudflare hosts the website and may process technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and limit abusive requests. The website code does not add analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies.
Questions or deletion requests
Contact contact@ratiorestaurants.com about your information or to request deletion. Ratio may need to verify the request and review any records that must be kept for an ongoing engagement or other obligations.
